If you receive a lead that you feel isn't genuine and the intent isn't to inquire about purchasing or renting, you have the option to dispute the lead. To do this, login to your dashboard and click on your messages. Click the message in question and click "dispute."
Select the reason why you believe the lead isn't genuine and then click "submit." Your dispute will sent to us for review. If the lead in question is determined to not be genuine, it will be removed and you will not be charged for that lead.
Please note, once you provide your contact information such as email, phone number or website, you can no longer dispute a lead.
